About Me

MASSAGE AND BODYWORK

I graduated a Holistic Health Practitioner and an Asian Healing Arts Practitioner from the Heartwood Institute in Northern California in 2002, with over 1200 hours of training in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue therapy, and Zen Shiatsu Accupressure.  I have since broadened my practice through a variety of additional trainings and certifications.

Utilizing a diverse set of skills, extensive experience, and sensitive perception, I am able to serve each client according to his or her unique needs and wishes.  Above all, it is my honor to offer you my presence and care throughout every session.

EURYTHMY MOVEMENT THERAPY

I hold an M.A. in Eurythmy Therapy, which adapts the movements of the performing art of eurythmy to address personal health and healing.   To learn more about this healing practice, see the description under the ‘services and rates’ page of this site.
